1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DK Prize Lab website (dkprizelab.com) and participation in any competitions hosted on this platform. By accessing the website or entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these terms. DK Prize Lab is operated by DK Prize Lab ApS, a company registered in Denmark.
2. Eligibility
Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of Denmark or the European Union. Employees of DK Prize Lab and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Proof of age and identity may be required before prizes are dispatched.
3. How to Enter
To enter a competition, you must: (a) create an account on dkprizelab.com; (b) select the competition you wish to enter; (c) choose the number of tickets you wish to purchase; (d) correctly answer the skill-based question; and (e) complete payment. Entry is only valid upon receipt of payment and correct answer submission.
4. Ticket Pricing and Limits
Ticket prices are displayed on each competition page in Danish Kroner (DKK). Maximum ticket limits per person per competition are clearly stated. Any attempt to circumvent these limits may result in entry cancellation and account suspension.
5. Draw Process
Winners are selected using a certified random number generator at the date and time specified on each competition page. Only entries with correct answers to the skill-based question are included in the draw. The draw process is recorded and a draw certificate is published on our website.
6. Prizes
All prizes are as described on the competition page. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative unless otherwise stated. Watches come brand new with full manufacturer's warranty, box, and papers. Delivery is free within Denmark.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email and telephone within 48 hours of the draw. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw.
8. Refund Policy
Once a competition entry has been purchased and the skill-based question answered, no refunds will be issued. In the event of competition cancellation, all entrants will receive a full refund within 14 business days.
9. Data Protection
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Danish and EU data protection legislation (GDPR). By entering a competition, you consent to the use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
